10 stations / units are available to select, production line is made up of up 8 stations / units. These stations / units are as follows: feeding station, detection station, feeding detection station, first carrying station, second carrying station, processing station, installation station, carrying sorting station, conveyor unit and classified storage station.

 Flexibility is a major distinguishing feature of this experimental device, that is, each station has an independent PLC control system. Separate training of the various modules can accommodate more students learning simultaneously. The adjacent two stations, three stations and up to eight stations can be connected together in the after completion of the basic units training, students can learn the control of complex systems, programming, assembly and debugging techniques.

1. For our exported equipments, the Warranty is one year, within one year, if there is any problem for spare parts(except damage by man-made) We can supply and replacement free of charge. And if exceed one year, we also supply the service, and process to instruct maintain, and instead the parts charge a certain fee.
